Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery process for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Establish and enforce project governance structures to facilitate decision-making and risk management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the hospitality delivery team.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of +15 years of experience in hospitality project delivery or operations, with a proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality projects
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
