Senior Engineering Manager - Wet Utilities

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager - Wet Utilities to lead the design and implementation of wet utility systems for our infrastructure projects. In this senior leadership position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all wet utility systems are planned, designed, and executed in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of water, sewage, and drainage systems. Additionally, you will oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Your expertise will be essential in driving project success and contributing to JASARA's goal of delivering exceptional social infrastructure across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on wet utilities.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale wet utility projects from feasibility to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards related to wet utilities, including environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficient in engineering design software and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
