Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Manager Cost Control. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies to ensure that project expenditures align with the established budgets.
The Senior Manager Cost Control will work closely with project managers and finance teams to monitor costs, analyze variances, and provide insights that facilitate effective decision-making. Your expertise will play a vital role in promoting financial discipline and maximizing project efficiency across our ambitious initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost control processes and procedures for all projects.
• Monitor project costs against budgets, analyze variances, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to project managers.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting key areas of concern and ensuring transparency, and analyze cost data.
• Follow up payments, ensuring timely processing and record-keeping.
• Preparing and managing different task such as purchase requisitions and service entry sheets - SAP (Fiori & Ariba) - Also the ability to manage Prism System for cost management and control.
• Support the development of project financial strategies by providing comprehensive cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance related to cost management.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in cost control and management.

SAP System: Create/manage purchase requisitions and service entry sheets.
Prism System: Manage project costs and identify variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in cost control or financial management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• MRICS or CCP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost control tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel functionality
