In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that they align with our ambitious vision while adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• 1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables for selected assets withing the project precinct. Ensure alignment with the overall project timeline and strategic objectives of the relevant District.
• 2. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure that all parties are informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
• 3. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project delivery. Proactively develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Address issues promptly and escalate them to Senior Management when necessary.
• 4. Quality Control and Compliance (including HS&E): Oversee the quality of work performed by contractors and consultants, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and contractual obligations to ensure the successful completion of assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 10-12 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industries.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, preferably with PMP or equivalent certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to project management.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
