JASARA PMC is looking for an accomplished Senior Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and delivery of high-profile projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project timelines and objectives. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are planned meticulously and executed efficiently, contributing to the transformative developments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools.
• Work closely with project managers and teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Analyze progress and performance metrics to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients to provide insight into project status and progress.
• Ensure alignment between project milestones, resources, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior planners, fostering their professional development and enhancing team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the engineering or construction sectors.
• Expertise in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in project management is a plus.
