JASARA PMC is in search of a highly qualified Senior Reporting Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and enhancing comprehensive reporting systems that drive project success and inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that project data is accurately captured, analyzed, and presented to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of reporting frameworks across multiple projects.
• Analyze project data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with reporting objectives.
• Create detailed and visually engaging reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting data and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to reporting.
• Mentor and guide junior reporting staff in best practices and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or related roles, with a focus on project management.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the construction or civil engineering sectors is a plus.
