Senior Sales and Leasing Director (Residential) (RES406)

Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior Sales and Leasing Director (Residential). In this key position, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and leasing operations for our residential properties, driving both occupancy and revenue growth.
As the Senior Sales and Leasing Director, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies, oversee leasing activities, and ensure exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. Your leadership will be crucial in building a high-performing sales team that meets and exceeds targets while enhancing the overall resident experience at Qiddiya.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the residential sales and leasing team, providing direction, support, and training to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and leasing strategies that align with overall business objectives and maximize occupancy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive advantages, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, real estate agents, and community partners.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and terms with potential residents to secure sales and enhance profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to attract prospective tenants.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates to senior management, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing and property management.
  • Champion a customer service-oriented culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales and leasing, particularly in the residential real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving occupancy targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, trends, and local real estate regulations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in sales and leasing management software and tools.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English is preferred.
