As a Special Projects Manager at JASARA PMC, you will have a significant impact on the success of critical projects that align with JASARA's mission to enhance social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing innovative initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will ensure the effective execution of special projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Conduct thorough analysis and research to support project initiatives and decision-making.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input, foster communication, and drive project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout all project phases.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and ensure a cohesive working environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on special or strategic projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
