• 
  Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.
  
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.
  
• Educate and support families on care plans, procedures, and available resources, fostering a family-centered approach.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience and worked in level 3 NICU (Critically ill premature babies)
  
• Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
  
• Must be NRP Certified
  
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
  
• Proficient in English
