Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Manager - Aviation (Infrastructure) to join our team for the execution of a green field airport construction.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supports establishment of Project Authority & Stakeholder Management Plan, Project Execution Plan, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with Authorities and Stakeholders to obtain Design NOCs and Approvals in timely manner.
- Build Positive working relationship with key stakeholders demonstrating high level engagement skills in both written and oral form.
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time independently with minimum guidance.
- Ensure stakeholder responses and requests are communicated to technical teams, monitoring, and analyzing feedback from stakeholder engagement, ensuring all communications are logged in the stakeholder engagement database.
- Maintain accurate audit trail for all stakeholder engagement/communications.
- Ensure stakeholder records are kept up-to-date and reflect latest contact and engagement activities.
- Work with the stakeholder engagement teams to determine key issues, how they relate to the relevant project activities and what mitigation measures can be implemented to reduce the impacts.
- Perform complex engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.
- Extract engineering information from CAD drawings. Complete a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
- Participates in weekly Design/Construction Management/stakeholder/authority team meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
- Works with the key project staff, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Architecture or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 20 years of related work experience in engineering and construction delivery, of which 5 to 10 years should be working with a contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Extensive knowledgeable of Riyadh’s Municipal Authorities, General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), relevant Stakeholders and their requirements.
- Airport or Aviation experience is a must.
- Good writing, planning and organization skills.
- Experience of working within a stakeholder management capacity. Must have experience in client facing roles.

- Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence; Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders as required by the client.
- Ability to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of support function problems.
- Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment by developing relationships that complies with the client’s proactive, collaborative culture.
