Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an incredibly talented Stakeholder Manager to join our team! We are in the process of building a world-class team that will deliver multiple key infrastructure projects within the scope of this PMC, including roads, highways, interchanges, bridges, tunnels, water infrastructure, special projects assets, and PPP residential accommodation camps. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals that can add value to the teams that we are developing.

We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals that can add value to the teams that we are developing.
What You'll be Doing:
- Liaise with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works.
- Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
- Provide support to the Construction Supervison team and as a PMC representative to oversee the handover process of the contracts.
- Liaise with Design Consultants and Contractors including review technical design and provide comments where applicable.
- Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects etc.
- Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions from all Stakeholders and follow up on the progress as required.
- Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works
- Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.
- Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
- Inform the Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
- Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.
- Provide all necessary on-site direction and work with PMC to team to complete the handover tasks.
- Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘As-Built’ drawings, O&M manuals and all related authorities checklists and documents.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree and/or post graduate qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 20 years related work experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia
