JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our structural engineering team. As part of a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality Social Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all structural engineering activities, managing project teams, and ensuring exceptional design quality. Your leadership will be vital in fostering collaboration, promoting best practices, and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Oversee the design process for various structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth integration of structural design with other project components.
• Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance team performance and project quality.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications produced by the engineering team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and standards, ensuring the application of innovative solutions in structural design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on project management and team leadership.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse team of engineers and delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of international building codes and engineering standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in the design of various structures, including commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
