Sustainability Engineer

The Role

Nesma & Partners is owned by four shareholders: Nesma Contracting Limited, Alturki Holding, Rawabi Holding, and the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
- Responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing sustainability initiatives within the Organization. - Map out current sustainability contract requirements in projects and the resources assigned on these projects. - Engage and liaise with clients, understand customers sustainability requirements, certification obligations (LEED, MOSTADAM, BREEAM, Project specific certifications, Project Designs for Sustainability & Energy Optimization, etc.). - Assess and analyze the company’s policies and processes to identify areas in, and processes to, which improvements can be made in accordance with the company’s commitment and aspirations on sustainability. - Periodically review Sustainability program objectives, progress, or status to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, etc. and company’s aspirations.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture) - Experience in Construction with LEED AP at least 3 - 5 years. - Having Mostadam Certificate is an added value - Proven experience in sustainability engineering and environmental management - Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and industry best practices. - Proficient in data analysis and sustainability reporting - Excellent communication skills
