Job Description:

• Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
• Prepare suppliers' payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
Other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
Experience in Using Kerridge Commercial Systems
