Job Description:

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
• Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders
Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
