Job description
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular book entries.
- Process and manage invoicing and payments using Xero Accounting Software.
- Process and manage invoicing and payments using AGP Admissions and finance software.
- Invoicing and receipts of School bus and PLP fees
- Ability to submit and claim GST from IRAS
- School uniform stock taking once a month
- Creation and filing of meeting minutes and compliance-related documents for regulatory purposes.
- Management of GIRO collection and processes
- Management of Procurement
- Management of Expense claims
- Checking of company's 2 general emails
- Ad hoc reception duties as and when required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Professional and proactive attitude. Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of School and Executive Director or management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma
- Good command of English is required as the need to communicate with expatriate parents of students.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, multitasking and able to work independently.
- Having the ability to access and handle challenging situations.
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Admissions and Administration within an international school
