Account & HR Executive

What You'll Do:
Accounts & Finance:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense claims, and payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records, perform bank reconciliations, and track company expenses
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting for management review
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments
  • Assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations
  • Work closely with the CFO to monitor financial health and sustainability of the company
Human Resources:
  • Oversee HR processes including employee onboarding, leave management, and payroll administration
  • Handle recruitment activities such as posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and processing employment contracts
  • Manage employee benefits, performance reviews, and support staff with HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and labor laws
  • Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Relevant experience in accounting and/or HR roles (minimum 1-3 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Stripe) and HR tools
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members across departments
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
Schedule:Monday to Friday
Work Location:City Gate, Singapore

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
