Account Manager - Sales

We are seeking an experienced Account (Sales) Manager with a passion for driving sales and team management. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in a team-oriented environment, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role involves a mix of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, supporting and inspiring the team to meet both individual and group objectives. A sales mindset is key. We seek a “hunter” who loves the thrill of securing new projects that bring joy to the entire team. You will be supported by the B·U·T group internationally to benefit from our global expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 02/12/2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the local team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align company goals with sales efforts.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and improve team efficiency (CRM, ERP).
- Contribute to and uphold our company’s values and culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Monthly management meetings with the group CEO.
- Drive new sales.
- Tender management.
- Background in account management in the creative sector. (Marketing)
- 5+ years of experience in a team-driven sales environment, with demonstrable success in B2B sales leadership roles.
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with sales technology and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- A broad network of digital partners is a plus.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
