We are looking for an Account Services Officer under our Operations Department to grow our business.

We are looking for an Account Services Officer under our Operations Department to grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers on account onboarding for new customers.
- Follow- up on required information/documentation related to account onboarding.
- Ensure provided information and documentation are in accordance with bank’s KYC (know-your-customer), AML (anti-money laundering) and CDD (customer due-diligence) requirements for initial onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
- Perform screening of customer names on prospect.
- Performs day to day management of the account maintenance processes.
- Responsible for various type of project management in the account services space and managing cross-functional relationships with all teams.
- Determines new work procedures, analyses complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
- Ensures awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Establishes and maintains close working relationships with stakeholders and within team to facilitate and open and direct communication of issues, needs and queries such that these may be responded to in an efficient, prompt, and professional manner.
- You may be required to carry out such additional duties as the Company may reasonably require.
- You will report to the Head of Account Services Team, or such other person as the Company may designate from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Client Onboarding/Client Data Maintenance focusing on Documentation Review and Static Data set-up.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player but also able to work independently with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive environment.
- Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go extra mile.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
