Main duties and responsibilities:
-
Management of data entry for kitchen ingredient and food material orders into a kitchen inventory management system.
-
Coordinating with kitchen chefs on the placement of food material orders.
-
Raising of purchase requisites / purchase orders.
-
Conducting the goods receiving process on system when all food materials have been received by the kitchen team.
-
Consolidating and scanning of invoices received to the finance team.
-
On job training will be provided for the systems usage.
-
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent.
-
3 years work experience would be an advantage.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
-
Having prior experience in SAP or any inventory management systems will be beneficial.
-
Able to communicate well and work as a team player.
