Administrative Coordinator

Savills provides a comprehensive range of valuation services for all types of properties and businesses. Our services are available locally on a one-off or a repeat basis. Our valuation services are fully supported by the latest technology. We believe that our research and agency teams are among the best in the market and work closely with them to ensure that our valuations are current and market-facing. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to bolster our team. In this role, you'll be tasked with providing comprehensive administrative support and handling clerical duties within the Valuation Department.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Compile valuation reports accurately and promptly.
2. Ensure timely delivery of valuation reports to clients.
3. Generate tax invoices for valuation services provided to clients.
4. Handle data entry tasks efficiently.
5. Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling meeting rooms, managing correspondences (emails, calls, mail), and maintaining office supplies.
6. Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
1. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
2. Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work methodically and deliver high-quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
