Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead our Application development team. This role involves managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality application software.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Application developers and IT project Management.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Experience with these application technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Code Igniter, PHP, SQL, JIRA, Devops, Change Management).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Application development and project management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
