Application Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead our Application development team. This role involves managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality application software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Application developers and IT project Management.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with these application technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Code Igniter, PHP, SQL, JIRA, Devops, Change Management).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Application development and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
