Backend Software Development Lead (Blockchain/Web3)

A next-gen Crypto exchange is looking to bring onboard a Backend Software Development Lead to oversee the backend team including the Web team.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop core backend system - Edge Services, Smart Contract Sync, Wallet Enhancement.
  • Oversee functional projects.
  • Lead technical, fullstack (experience in fullstack is not a must) team.
  • Work with Product Management and Web/Mobile Engineering teams to scale platform.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Golang (a must), Postgre SQL and Refis.
  • Experience with API design, development, and management (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  • Strong understanding of security standards and best practices.
  • Must have experiences in Edge Services.
  • Prior experiences in Crypto/Web3/Blockchain companies will be a strong bonus.
