Strategic IT Manager/Director (Digital Transformation of F&B Business)

A Global Luxury brand is looking to digitally transform the organisation and is looking to hire a Strategic IT Manager/Director to join them here in Singapore.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and objectives
  • Overhaul and develop new IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver new technology solutions
  • Manage IT budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), vendors, and contracts
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity within the IT team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of IT management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and services
  • Experience in Microsoft Domain Server, Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Experience in F&B softwares is a must
  • Experience in accounting software
  • Prior team management experience is a must, with global exposure a strong bonus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are desirable
