Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong focus on UX Design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project development lifecycles or project maintenance, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and user experience design. This role requires expertise in user research, service journey mapping, prototyping, and quality assurance to ensure that business solutions are both functional and user-centric.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong focus on UX Design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project development lifecycles or project maintenance, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and user experience design. This role requires expertise in user research, service journey mapping, prototyping, and quality assurance to ensure that business solutions are both functional and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and design requirements.
- Project Development & Maintenance: Participate in at least one full project development lifecycle or project maintenance, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, create service journey maps, and develop prototypes to validate and refine user interfaces. Ensure designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- QA & Testing: Manage the quality assurance process, coordinating with vendors to validate that solutions meet business and user requirements. Conduct testing to ensure a high standard of quality and usability.
- Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes, to support the development and testing processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- UX Design Tools: Proficiency in using UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Analytical Tools: Experience with digital experience analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess user experience metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
- Front-End Knowledge: Understanding of modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and Java Script, to effectively communicate design requirements to developers.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Git Lab) for managing design assets and version control.
- Industry Best Practices: Up-to-date knowledge of product trends, UX best practices, and relevant technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, UX design, and project management.
- Proven experience in conducting user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
