Company is a leading Singapore-based training consultancy , we specialize in delivering innovative event production, logistics, and large-scale exhibition solutions. Our dynamic team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Communication Executive who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
In this role, you'll take charge of our digital marketing efforts, developing engaging content to build awareness, encourage enrolment, and strengthen connections with our diverse stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in crafting our digital presence across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and learning portals.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, creating eye-catching content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and maintain an interactive learning platform using Thinkific , making learning fun and accessible.
- Produce high-quality videos and visuals using Canva, Capcut , or Adobe tools to connect with audiences.
- Design engaging email templates and manage outreach using Mailchimp .
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create content that drives engagement and sales.
- Ensure polite, timely communication with clients via various platforms.
- Manage databases, analyze campaign performance, and continually optimize our digital communication strategies.
- A creative thinker with a diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficiency in social media and multimedia tools.
- Experience with Office 365 , Thinkific , and Mailchimp .
- A passion for learning, experimentation, and problem-solving.
