Our client is a Tech firm Due to their business growth, they are expanding their business in Singapore and are currently looking for a HR Executive to join their team. They are looking for an HR professional who is a self-starter and is keen to grow their HR career

Job Description:
- Assist in end to end Recruitment process from interview arrangement to offer manangement
- Carry out daily HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration.
- Create and maintain employee records in P-files and update the HR database.
- Assist with government-paid claim submissions and group insurance claims.
- Provide support for events such as career fairs and long service awards.
- Prepare HR reports as needed.
- A hands-on individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Diploma in HR/Business management
- 1-2 years of progressive HR experience,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite, with strong analytical skills.
