Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist with government-funded claims and group insurance submissions
  • Provide support for events, such as career fairs and long service award ceremonies
  • Prepare HR reports and manage other administrative tasks as required



Skills & Competencies:

  • Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized with good presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications



Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
