Key Responsibilities:

Oversee core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
Assist with government-funded claims and group insurance submissions
Provide support for events, such as career fairs and long service award ceremonies
Prepare HR reports and manage other administrative tasks as required

Skills & Competencies:

Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized with good presentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education & Experience:

Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
