About the Role
- Responsible for Singapore and other SEA (South-East Asia) but not limited to, task execution in HR information system.
- Support in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, within HR system according to Group guidelines.
- Responsible for first-level user support in their day-to-day utilization, and development of HR system.
- Support in creating and managing of system documentations, guides, issues documentations.
- Assist with management reporting and data extraction when needed.
- Drives efficient and effective data management to find ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system/process.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HRIS
- Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems
- Prior experience in digital transformation / HR systems implementation an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details
