Job Scope and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.
• Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes.
• Work with 3D visualiser to develop detailed design plans and 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers during implementation.
• Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
• Incorporate ergonomic and functional elements into interior layouts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Managing sales by developing business plans.
• Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.
• Find and Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.
• Assist the Design Director on projects to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.

Requirements

• At least Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or a related field in an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Interior Design industry, candidates with experience in private condominiums, landed properties and commercial projects will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD and related software.
• Experienced in construction drawings.
• Candidates with direct sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and speak with confidence.
• Committed and driven to succeed.
• Self-motivated and committed learner.
• Draft out plans, layouts, and budgeting.
• Brainstorm theme / conceptual design.
• Detail oriented.
• A good team player.
• Working rights required for this role.
• Preferably able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,700.00 per month
