Key Account Executive/Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Looking for new clients, building an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned client segment to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide responses and/or solutions.
- Advise and recommend relevant IT & business certifications to working industry professionals & companies.
- Provide management with weekly reporting on sales targets.
- Achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, and marketing) to ensure successful course execution.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build the company’s presence in the market.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the training, education, or professional development sector.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Account Manager.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), CRM systems, and other sales management tools.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
