Job Purpose

Administration of the postgraduate coursework programme and other related activities of the Graduate Studies’ Office.

Job Description

• The candidate will be part of the Graduate Studies’ administration team
• Provide support to the Programme Director in the administration of postgraduate master’s degree programme and initiatives including admissions, student academic matters, curriculum administration, examination matters, capstone projects, etc.
• Involve in implementation of curriculum and policies.
• Manage programme outreach, publicity, orientation and student events.
• Consolidation and preparation of data and statistics, and drafting of reports or proposals, etc
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 6-8 years of relevant administrative work experience
• Prior experience in working for an educational institution is preferred
• Possess positive attitude. meticulous and able to multi-task
• A good team player who is self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to work well under pressure as well as tight deadlines
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills
• IT/System savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• The incumbent will be offered a 2 years' contract, subject to renewal
