M&E Supervisor

- To carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers and coordinating with client’s supervisory staff to manage inspections, etc.
- Ensure that all construction & M&E work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
- Ensure all works are carried out within time schedule, follow the safety protocols, and maintain the required quality.
- Coordinate with fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of M&E works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
- Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
- Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
- Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
- Attends all necessary M&E work progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
- Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.
- Possess relevant core trade certification, BCSS, CSOC, etc highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of M&E Supervisory experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- 6 days work week.
