M&E Technician (East / Interior Fit out Works)

- The M&E Technician supports the Maintenance & Service Department with on-site maintenance tasks and coordinates repairs with subcontractors.
- Completes assigned maintenance service tasks.
- Responds to client emergency calls.
- Evaluates on-site issues before reporting to the department head.
- Conducts scheduled maintenance and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems, preparing corresponding reports.
- Performs minor repairs as needed.
- Handles troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on-site.
- Assists in overseeing work done by subcontractors.
- Organizes and maintains proper documentation for the office store.
- Supports the department head in managing scheduled annual shutdowns for clients.
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience in M & E works (Electrical /ACMV)
