The Community Befriending Programme aims to reduce vulnerability and enhance resilience of isolated seniors via four key elements: Home Visits, Social Outings, Customised Care Packs and Referrals to various assistance schemes. The incumbent will provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
- Oversee the procurement process for EA team as well as broader CR department
- Develop and maintain a central administrative system and ensure compliance
- Maintain the CR digital database
- Support senior/executives in the drafting and presentation of proposals
- Implement the EA programme activities diligently
- Support volunteer recruitment and deployment for EA and broader CR department
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Administration, especially Procurement
- Computer literate
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills
- Strong grasp of administrative procedures
- Enjoys engaging seniors and volunteers
- Meticulous and keep to deadlines
- Proficiency in dialect (e.g. Hokkien/Cantonese) is preferred
