Job Title: Project Manager - Payments & Cash Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Program Lead/Initiative Lead with a strong background in Transaction Banking and Payments delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects, leading multiple related streams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the successful planning, budgeting, staffing, and execution of complex delivery programs, with a particular focus on Payments & Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large payment HUB implementation programs for leading banks, ensuring the delivery of a definable segment of the implementation.
- Oversee project planning, budget management, organizational structure, scheduling, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.
- Translate complex client business requirements into formal agreements, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives.
- Deliver outcome-based programs with strict KPIs, driving towards customer acceptance and satisfaction.
- Establish specific solutions, applications, or processes that meet client needs, culminating in customer approval of the results.
- Collaborate with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and lead the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing phases of the project.
- Ensure operational adherence and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the full range of process activities, from request for proposal through development and final delivery of Build Projects, Package Implementation, or Managed Services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Lead, or Initiative Lead roles within the Transaction Banking and Payments domain.
- Hands-on experience in Payments & Cash Management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale payment HUB implementations.
- Strong understanding of client business requirements and ability to translate them into successful project outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client executives and team members to achieve desired business results.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience with outcome-based delivery programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $9,000.00 - $10,600.00 per month
Experience:

• Project management: 10 years (Preferred)
• Management within Transaction Banking and Payments domain: 8 years (Preferred)
• Payments & Cash Management: 6 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification (Preferred)
