Job Title: Junior Service Now Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Service Now Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Now development, including the customization of applications and integration with other platforms. This role involves supporting the Service Now platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Now environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Now Development:
· Develop and customize applications within Service Now, including creating integrations with other applications.
· Utilize hands-on experience in Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to enhance the platform's functionality.
· Create and manage update sets to move customizations between different Service Now instances.
Platform Support:
· Provide administrative support for the Service Now platform, including advanced troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
· Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls related to the operation and SDLC of the Service Now platform.
Integration and Reporting:
· Develop an overarching understanding of the Service Now Enterprise product suite.
· Implement integration solutions using key technologies such as Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
· Create reports using the standard reporting engine, and manage metrics and SLAs to ensure platform efficiency.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise:
· 2 - 5 years of experience in Service Now development.
· Proficiency in Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
· Experience with Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS for integration purposes.
Platform Management:
· Ability to create and manage update sets for moving customizations between Service Now instances.
· Strong skills in providing administrative support, troubleshooting, and implementing bug fixes.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Experience in documenting, maintaining, and updating policies and procedures for Service Now platform operations.
· Capability to create reports and manage metrics using Service Now's standard reporting engine.
Communication:
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
· Fundamental understanding of the Service Now Enterprise product suite and its relevant technologies.
· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
