Regulatory Reporting (HKMA & MAS)- Associate/ AVP

Some of the key responsibilities include.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all HKMA and MAS regulatory reporting requirements
- Prepare and distribute status reports on regulatory remediation efforts, monitor progress and highlight any potential issues to relevant senior departments
- Engage in regulatory audits, implement necessary remediations
- Contribute to system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting changes.
- Liaise with relevant departments such as Front Office Operations, and technology to address and remediate issues in regulatory reporting.
- 3-7 years of relevant operations experience in the banking sector with a Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Familiarity with MAS and HKMA regulatory requirements, trade and transaction reporting is essential
- Be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, adept at escalating issues and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in high-level MS Excel and intermediate VBA/Macros shall be an added advantage
