- Attend to phone enquiries (internal & external customers)
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and delivery orders
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in relation to the preparation of sales collateral material and quotations
- Daily updating of sales & stock related files to ensure that proper records are kept for month-end closing
- Assist in inventory control of spare parts
- Liaise with forwarders & movers for import/export issues and deliveries.
- Preparing monthly sales & stock reports for management
- Assist auditors in fiscal year-end inventory & other sales-related issues
- Documents housekeeping
- Data entry
- Min. Diploma Holder
- Good team player and self-starter
- Organized, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Work with minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with ERP systems will be an advantage
- Relevant experience preferred
- Able to start immediately
