Senior Executive, Land Dealings Approval Unit (11months Contract)
To support the Land Dealings Approval Unit in the administration of the Residential Property Act to regulate foreign ownership of restricted property in Singapore.
[What you will be working on]
-
Reviewing and preparation of case submissions and statistics
-
Respond to enquiries from members of the public, solicitors and foreign persons
-
Provide support for administrative matters and projects
-
Enhancement of system - review and verify data in the system and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
[What we are looking for]
-
Open to Diploma holder in any field and with a few years of work experience
-
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
-
Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills
-
Meticulous and responsible
-
Able to work independently and as a team, able to interact effectively and professionally with members of the public

Proficient in Microsoft applications
