Senior Legal Counsel (TMT)

Provide legal support in the establishment of compliance systems and oversee key business activities, including gaming, data privacy, corporate matters, and more.
Analyze legal issues in accordance with the regulations and policies of Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries to ensure compliance, while efficiently minimizing regulatory and political risks.
Collaborate strategically with business teams to review and negotiate contracts related to gaming projects and other relevant matters.
Foster and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with authorities in Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries.
Conduct legal and integrity training sessions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law from higher education institution;
Admission to the Singapore Bar;
At least 3 years & above Post Qualification Experience in legal firms and TMT / Gaming companies;
