Job Description:
Mathnasium is a maths only-learning centre that offers after school enrichment to children from Kindergarten up to Grade 9 / Sec 3. Our centres at The Forum on Orchard Road and at i12 Katong have grown rapidly and have received a strong reception from students and parents alike.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts as we seek to further grow our business. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by creating and executing effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, branding, and communications to attract students and parents to our tuition program, working closely with our Centre Directors and the franchise owner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase enrolment and drive revenue growth.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with Mathnasium centres to develop compelling content, including website materials, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Develop relationships with and market to relevant industry partners, schools, and community organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficient with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for identifying innovative marketing opportunities.
- Knowledge of local education market trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
- Timing: Full time, although we are willing to consider strong part time candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
