You will be a key service partner to our customers in our System Sustainment Solution on supporting our key defence customers. Working closely with our standby teams to meet & exceed the customer’s expectation in terms of reliability & turnaround time in order to meet their operational needs.

• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
• Meet regularly with other members of the team & customer to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the service
• Oversee the team to manage the maintenance project
• Coordinate with oversea OEM for all oversea repair

Qualities We Value

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Ability to diagnose & repair complex systems
• Able to adapt & work under tight schedule
• Able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to manage a team
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues & implement effective solutions
• Willing to travel to on site
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Singaporeans Only

Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
