Job Description & Requirements

• Provide exceptional service to ensure guests feel welcomed at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

• Keep workstations fully stocked and ready for service.

• Clear soiled dishes promptly from all stations.

• Prepare and reset tables for incoming guests.

• Assist customers with their needs and requests.

• Support the team leader or outlet manager in daily operations.

• Manage the guest reservation system efficiently.

• Set tables according to the event type and service standards.

• Foster positive working relationships within the team.

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for kitchen relay.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to guests.

• Preparing dessert as request

• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.

• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
