- Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
- Position Title: Project Manager / Project Lead
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 6 working days (Mon to Sat, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,000 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates
- Deliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed criteria within corporate guidelines including the client’s requirements
- Represent company to lead projects
- Motivate and lead team in executing and completing projects successfully with management’s desired end-result
- Execute project innovatively with better methodologies in time and cost management
- Responsible for all site matters
- Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Working experience in Governmental projects such as HDB, LTA, JTC is an added advantage
- Possess knowledge in the preparation of necessary documentation as required such as Monthly Progress Report, Budget Report, Master construction Programme (using MS Project), Method Statements of works, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office and Auto CAD
