Talent Acquisition Specialist

Changi, Singapore
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the recruitment process for a wide range of positions, including senior management, technical roles, manufacturing roles, and both blue-collar and white-collar positions. This role offers a competitive salary, incentives, and the opportunity to renew the contract after the initial 12-month period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, ensuring the selection of top talent that meets the client’s needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the client and internal teams.
- Support the completion of the RPO project with high-quality hires within the agreed timelines.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an RPO environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including senior management, technical, and manufacturing positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on a 12-month contract, with the option to renew upon completion.
