On the financial services front, we advise major domestic and international financial institutions, domestic and international issuers of equities and bonds, and the treasury and financial departments of established companies on matters relating to financial markets and institutions. As specialists in equity and debt fund-raisings in Singapore, securitisations, structured products, derivatives, asset management, financial services and regulatory advice, we have developed deep experience and connections in Singapore and elsewhere across the global financial world.

GCE ‘A’ and ‘O’ Level, or IB Diploma examination results;

Prizes and scholarships awarded;

Co-curricular activities;

Subject options for your final year LL.B. (where applicable); and

When you are scheduled to sit for Part A of the Bar Examinations (where applicable)
