Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Consultant to join our team. As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions.
Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

Understanding clients' business needs and providing them with the best possible solutions

Acting as the main point of contact between clients and the company

Ensuring that clients receive high-quality services and that their needs are met

Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that clients' needs are met

Conducting research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Providing regular reports to management on the status of client accounts

Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
-
Matric / level 4

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work well in a team environment
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
No criminal record
-
Age strictly 18-19
