Job Summary / Overview
The core role of the Client Reporting and Insight Analyst is to manage the success and delivery of the business & client programs by providing data, reporting and insight specific to Client.
As the Client Reporting and Insight Analyst you will be ensuring;
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Delivery of high-quality service
· Excellent client and stakeholder experience - partnership approach
· Production of high-quality reports, with the identification of trends and issues
· Strong Presentation skills
· Process management and improvement
· Projects delivered on time, and to quality standards and targets
· Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems
· Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, (New/ Change) requests and issues raised
· Capturing Actions and ensuring workload completion in a timely and managed approach

· Information Technology (Telephony, Networks, Digital Applications / systems)
Competencies
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data
· Commercial understanding and awareness and customer focus
· Strong Powerpoint & presentation skills
· The ability to plan work and meet tight deadlines
· Proven attention to detail - an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
· Ability to communicate knowledge concisely
· Business Objects Experience
· Strong team working and relationship building skills
Qualification & Experience
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - must be highly proficient in MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables and reporting, macro’s, advanced charts, conditional formatting)
· Power BI experience
· Matric Equivalent
· Experience of data analysis and/or reporting within a call center environment
