MJZ Direct Marketing is seeking a Customer Sales Assistant to join our team in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist them with their purchase decisions
  • Provide accurate product information to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
